• “Project Hail Mary” (PG-13): Based on Andy Weir’s novel of the same name, science teacher Ryland Grace (Ryan Gosling) wakes up on a spaceship with no memory of who he is or how he got there. He soon realizes he must complete his interstellar mission to save Earth from a catastrophe. Also starring Sandra Hüller, Milana Vayntrub, James Ortiz and Ken Leung. In theaters, March 20.

• “The Pout-Pout Fish” (PG): Animated fantasy comedy film, based on the children’s book by Deborah Diesen about a pouty fish and an energetic sea dragon, who go on a quest to find a legendary fish to grant their wish to save their homes. In theaters, March 20.

• “Ready or Not 2: Here I Come” (R): Horror/Comedy sequel to “Ready or Not.” After surviving an all-out attack from the Le Domas family, Grace (Samara Weaving) discovers she’s reached the next level of the nightmarish game, and this time with her estranged sister, Faith, (Kathryn Newton) by her side. In theaters, March 20.

• “Dhurandhar The Revenge”: Indian Hindi-language spy action sequel starring Ranveer Singh as RAW agent Hamza Ali Mazari. Directed by Aditya Dhar, also starring Akshaye Khanna and Sanjay Dutt. In theaters, March 19.

• “Reminders of Him” (PG-13): After an outing with her boyfriend, Kenna (Maika Monroe) makes an unbearable mistake that sends her to prison for seven years. After her release, Kenna returns to her hometown, hoping to rebuild her life and reunite with her young daughter. Film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s book of the same name. Also starring Lauren Graham, Bradley Whitford, Rudy Pankow, Ledger Ward and Lainey Wilson.

• “Undertone” (R): A podcast host covering paranormal content begins receiving terrifying recordings pushing her toward madness. Starring Nina Kiri, Keana Lyn Bastidas, Adam DiMarco and Kris Holden-Ried.

• “Slanted” (R): Horror film that follows an Asian teenager who dreams of being prom queen and undergoes experimental surgery to appear white. Directed by Amy Wang. Starring Mckenna Grace, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Shirley Chen, Amelie Zilber, Elaine Hendrix and Vivian Wu.

• “The Bride!” (R): In 1930s Chicago, scientist Dr. Euphronious brings a murdered young woman back to life to be a companion for Frankenstein’s monster. Starring Jessie Buckley, Christian Bale, Peter Sarsgaard, Annette Bening, Jake Gyllenhaal and Penélope Cruz.

• “Hoppers” (PG): New Disney/Pixar animated comedy film where scientists discover a way to transform human consciousness into robotic animals, allowing people to communicate with animals. Featuring the voices of Piper Curda, Bobby Moynihan, Jon Hamm, Meryl Streep and Dave Franco.

• “Protector” (R): Former war hero Nikki’s peaceful life is shattered when her daughter is kidnapped. Forced into the criminal underworld, she fights to rescue her child. Starring Milla Jovovich, Matthew Modine, Brooklyn Sudano, D. B. Sweeney and Gabriel Sloyer.

• “Peaky Blinders-The Immortal Man” (R): During World War II, Tommy Shelby returns to war-torn Birmingham and becomes involved in secret wartime missions. The film is a continuation of the British television series “Peaky Blinders.” Starring Cillian Murphy, Sophie Rundle, Barry Keoghan, Rebecca Ferguson, Stephen Graham and Tim Roth.

• “Dolly” (R): Horror film about a young woman, Macy, who is abducted by a monster-like figure who wants to raise Macy as a child. Starring Fabianne Therese, Seann William Scott and Ethan Suplee.

• “Scream 7” (R): New installment in the “Scream” franchise with a new Ghostface killer emerging in the quiet town where Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) has built a new life. Also starring Mckenna Grace, Matthew Lillard, Courteney Cox, Isabel May, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding and David Arquette.

• “EPiC: Elvis Presley in Concert” (PG-13): Never-before-seen footage and recordings feature Elvis Presley in concert at his Las Vegas residency during the later stage of his career.

• “I Can Only Imagine 2” (PG): Sequel to “I Can Only Imagine” film, based on the true story of MercyMe band frontman Bart Millard and the breakout success of the song “I Can Only Imagine.” Starring Milo Ventimiglia, Dennis Quaid, Sophie Skelton, J. Michael Finley and Arielle Kebbel.

• “Wuthering Heights” (R): Based on Emily Brontë’s book of the same name about the obsessive, destructive love between Catherine Earnshaw and the foundling Heathcliff, set on the Yorkshire moors. Starring Margot Robbie, Jacob Elordi, Hong Chau, Shazad Latif, Alison Oliver, Martin Clunes, and Ewan Mitchell. Directed by Emerald Fennell.

• “Crime 101” (R): A Los Angeles detective pursues an elusive thief who teams up with a disillusioned insurance broker for one last heist. Adapted from Don Winslow’s novella of the same name. Starring Chris Hemsworth, Halle Berry, Mark Ruffalo, Barry Keoghan, Monica Barbaro, Corey Hawkins, Jennifer Jason Leigh and Nick Nolte.

• “Goat” (PG-13): Animated comedy about a small goat named Will who gets to join the pros and play roarball, a high-intensity sport that’s dominated by the fastest, fiercest animals in the world. Featuring the voices of Caleb McLaughlin, Stephen Curry, Aaron Pierre and David Harbour.

• “Solo Mio” (PG): After being left at the altar in Rome, a heartbroken groom chooses to go on his planned honeymoon across Italy alone. Starring Kevin James, Jonathan Roumie, Kim Coates and Alyson Hannigan.

• “Send Help” (R): Two colleagues become stranded on a deserted island, the only survivors of a plane crash. They must overcome their past differences to survive, but it becomes a battle of wills. Starring Rachel McAdams, Dylan O’Brien, Edyll Ismail, Xavier Samuel, Chris Pang, Emma Raimi and Dennis Haysbert.
